NEW channel — motorcycles (seeded from Trucker Life) — 10 video ideas, graded by evidence

Mode 2 — seed a NEW faceless motorcycle channel using Trucker Life (3.49K subs, 12 videos, fear-geography listicles up to 180K) as the production-style reference. Measured verdict: Trucker Life's danger-roads formula does not transfer to bikers (Two-Wheel Truth's attempt died at 7K vs a 150K median — dangerous roads are an attraction to riders, not a fear). The channel is therefore seeded from the motorcycle niche's own proven skeletons, with Two-Wheel Truth (45.7K subs, currently hot) as primary donor. Every idea shows both evidence legs and is graded against peers (1K–900K subs), never against Yammie Noob/FortNine-class megas.

How the score works

adjusted  =  raw  ×  evidence quality  ×  structure conformance

Evidence quality is graded from what was actually found: strong ×1.00 (two or more real videos, best above 150K) · partial ×0.75 (two or more, best above 35K) · thin ×0.45 (anything less). Structure conformance drops below 1.00 when the final title rewrote part of the proven structure instead of only filling its slots — the precedent then only partly applies. Every card shows its chain, so you can see exactly what was applied.

Title-structure bank

Outliers measured against each PEER channel's own median (peer band 1K–900K subs). The bank was mined from four live peers + two adjacent donors; Trucker Life's own fear-geography skeleton survives only in its hostile-places variant, and no candidate from it survived scoring — see findings.

Why: the SECRET-{RULES} skeleton (654K/565K/537K on Old Man's Ride) retargeted onto engine reliability, where demand is peer-proven: The Motorcycle Brain 292K 'Horrible Riding Habits That RUIN Your Engine' (15.5K subs), Two-Wheel Truth 87K longevity secrets. No channel has run SECRET-rules × engines.

Thumbnail Cutaway engine close-up, red 'SECRET' stamp diagonal, chip word 'RULES' bottom-right, '10' huge left

Evidence flag: workflow scored this 0.82 — inflated. The skeleton's vein is decaying (Old Man's Ride winners are 1 year old; its recent uploads do 3–40K) and an exact copy of the skeleton ('14 Secret Motorcycle Rules', Motorcycle Heads) died at 2.3K. The engine rotation is what keeps this alive; treat as tier-B, not the #1 the raw score suggests. Demoted to 0.62.

Why: faithful transfer of Throttle Psychology's proven skeleton (397K on 17.8K subs, 5 months old, vein still hot — 150K one month ago) with the {RIDER TYPE} slot narrowed to the niche's dominant tribe. Throttle Psychology has run motorcycles-generic, therapy, riding-IQ and solo-riders — never Harley-specific: open slot, verified by date-sorted search (only a 2.4K-view copycat exists).

Harley-engine outrage is peer-proven: Bike Zone 257K (30.6K subs), Motorcycle Nexus 86K (4.3K subs). Slot check: the donor's own sibling 'The BRAND That Made Honda, Yamaha, and Harley Panic!' did a modest 28K — the engine-specific, Harley-centred version is open.

Why: minimal slot-swap of the donor's hottest recent video (Burt Munro, 668K, 2 weeks old). The source film has unusual gravity: micro-channels (0.9–1.8K subs) uploading On Any Sunday material pull 631K / 112K / 96K — 15–50× their normal reach. Steve McQueen connection gives the thumbnail a famous face.

Thumbnail Grainy 1971 film still of Malcolm Smith mid-jump, overlay 'LEFT OUT' in white serif, 'ON ANY SUNDAY' chip top-left

Evidence flag: topic evidence is film-upload views (subject interest), not faceless-doc views — the skeleton leg (668K, same format) carries the proof here.

Why: same proven psychology skeleton, aging-rider fill — pride/identity angle proven independently (Copperdawg 'Why Older Motorcyclists Must Ride' ~240K). Ties to the niche's senior-rider demand (Iron Pulse runs senior-listicles as a staple).

Thumbnail Overlay text 'STILL RIDING' over a weathered 70-something rider on a cruiser, sun-flared open road, expression of stubborn pride/defiance.

Evidence flag: the donor's closest sibling ('Started Riding Late In Life') did only 12.5K vs 158K for 'after 40' — the old-age end of this ladder performs below the mid-age end. Demoted slightly from 0.58; consider titling toward defiance ('refuse to quit') rather than age.

Evidence flag — occupied slot, demoted from 0.60: the donor itself ran this exact fill one month ago ('Why The Entire Planet Rides 125cc (And America Refuses To)', 145K). Re-running the same fill as a 0-sub newcomer is the measured losing pattern (exact copies die: 2–3K). Thumbnail CGI cutaway V5, overlay 'IMPOSSIBLE ENGINE', three rival logos cracked, chip 'BANNED'

Evidence flag — occupied slot, demoted from 0.52: MotoEngine's 465K video owns the V5 story, and the donor published its own V5 video 3 days ago. Entering third with the same fill is the swarm-corpse pattern. Keep the skeleton, rotate the engine (e.g. the oval-piston NR500, the two-stroke ban) — see the slot ladder in findings.

Thumbnail Dark garage, single spotlighted engine (Evo/Shovelhead), overlay 'KILLED' in dripping red, chip 'BY HARLEY'

Evidence flag: structure conformance is honest at 0.7 — the title drops the skeleton's fixed 'Made {RIVALS} Panic' clause, so the 473K precedent only partly applies. FortNine's 'How Harley-Davidson Killed Itself' (5M, mega) proves subject interest only.

Why: sibling-proven fill (donor's 'Best-Selling Motorcycle on Earth' did 329K).

Thumbnail Red Super Cub on white, overlay '100 MILLION SOLD', chip 'REFUSED IN USA'

Evidence flag — occupied slot, demoted from 0.58: that 329K video IS this fill — the donor already owns 'best-selling motorcycle' at real reach, and the proposed title is a near-copy of it. Topic evidence here is also old mega-channel material (TFLbike 731K, 5 years). Blocked as-is; only viable after a hard rotation (e.g. 'the $900 bike that outsold Harley, Honda and BMW combined' angle is ALSO already the donor's, 17K — this whole fill family is theirs).

What the evidence changed

The trucks→motorcycles transfer fails at the formula's core — this is measured, not assumed.

Trucker Life's engine is fear-geography (180K truck stops, 126K bridges). Two-Wheel Truth ran the biker version — 'The Most DANGEROUS Motorcycle Roads in America' — and it died at 7K vs a ~150K median. Truckers are forced into scary places; bikers choose roads, and dangerous roads (Tail of the Dragon) are attractions. The only fear that transfers is hostile places (MrState towns 876K, Demons Row territories 189K), and no such candidate survived scoring this run because all evidence is adjacent-niche. RV/vanlife is the niche where the formula DOES transfer 1:1 — Street Survival (36.5K subs) is running the exact skeleton on vanlife right now ('15 American Highways Where Vanlifers Are Disappearing At Night', 45K, 12 days).

Three of the workflow's ten ideas sat on occupied slots and were demoted by hand.

The 125cc fill (donor ran it 1 month ago, 145K), the best-selling-motorcycle fill (donor's own 329K video) and the Honda V5 (MotoEngine 465K + donor's video 3 days ago). Measured swarm pattern: exact copies of winners die at 2–3K while rotations win. All three keep their skeletons; only the slot value must rotate.

Slot ladders — the title machine.

Why Americans REFUSE {X}: open → Chinese bikes (this run), mopeds-as-transport, a named 125 model, electric scooters. Blocked → 125cc class, best-selling/Super Cub, scooters (42K, donor). The {ENGINE} That Made {RIVALS} Panic: open → engine Harley feared, NR500 oval-piston, two-stroke ban, million-mile rotation. Blocked → V5 (465K + donor 3d). Psychology of People Who {X}: open → Harley riders (this run), riders in their 70s, wrench-their-own-bike riders, ex-riders who came back. What {FILM} Left Out About {LEGEND}: open → On Any Sunday/Malcolm Smith (this run), Easy Rider, Evel Knievel films, The Motorcycle Diaries. Done → Burt Munro (668K, 2 weeks).

The scores don't discriminate — treat this as tiers, not a ranking.

Nine of ten raw scores sit between 0.52 and 0.62 (the one 0.82 was inflated by a decayed vein and demoted). Tier A = the six unflagged open-slot cards. Tier B = flagged-but-viable (senior psychology, Engine Harley Killed). Blocked-until-rotated = the three occupied slots.
