NEW: Interior Brands Blacklist (working title, seeded from @HomeFeaturesOnYT) — 10 video ideas, graded by evidence
First 10 titles for a NEW faceless brand-verdict channel: interior categories only (flooring, cabinets, countertops, furniture, mattresses), designer-authority voice with checkable receipts, ~12-min episodes, negative NEVER-frame as the engine. Mode-2 seed from @HomeFeaturesOnYT; skeletons donated by the live brand-verdict template network (Dovetail Report, Solid or Sold, Luxe Branded, Brand Verdict UK, Prime Rundown).
How the score works
adjusted = raw × evidence quality × structure conformance
Evidence quality is graded from what was actually found: strong ×1.00 (two or more
real videos, best above 150K) · partial ×0.75 (two or more, best above 35K) ·
thin ×0.45 (anything less). Structure conformance drops below 1.00 when the final
title rewrote part of the proven structure instead of only filling its slots — the precedent
then only partly applies. Every card shows its chain, so you can see exactly what was applied.

Why: the flagship fill. Flooring warning demand is proven at 609K (Penny Modern) and 160K (Home Rapid Repair) but ONLY at category level — no channel with reach runs the brand-level NEVER-buy verdict that just did 84K-in-7-days for recliners and 723K for cosmetics. LVP is the most-searched flooring purchase and every attempt so far is a low-reach racer corpse, which is execution variance, not a dead mechanism.
Thumbnail Peeling/swollen LVP plank close-up, red X over a blurred brand logo corner, text 'NEVER BUY' top-left
Brand-level flooring evidence is indirect (category-level winners + failed micro-racers); this is an arbitrage bet on porting a 4-channel-proven skeleton into proven category demand.

Why: the Costco-SECRETLY skeleton is the hottest sibling family right now (259K kitchen / 178K jewelry / 68K furniture, all within 2 months) and the flooring fill is unclaimed. Costco's price-trust angle matches the designer-voice 'receipts' positioning.

Why: cabinet-warning demand is the best-proven in the whole interior niche (828K / 126K / 122K across three independent channels) yet all of it is feature/material-level — the brand-verdict version exists only on a 119-sub racer (27.5x relative). Fall renovation season ahead.

Why: the Only-N scarcity frame (411K mowers, 545K HVAC) ported onto the best-proven interior warning topic. Run it AFTER the cabinet NEVER video — the pair structure (negative then positive) is exactly how Solid or Sold got its 159K.
Thumbnail Three cabinet doors, two crossed out in red, one gold-circled, 'ONLY 3' text
Why: the positive reverse of the flooring NEVER video — the GOLDMINES skeleton hit 106x (154K) on clothing and 11.6x on sofas. Pairs with idea #1 the way Solid or Sold pairs its NEVER/ACTUALLY videos; renovation-cost inflation makes 'cheap but good' the timely half.

Why: quartz anxiety is proven (179K/117K/46K) and countertops sit squarely in the reference channel's proven strength (topicStrength 0.65-0.7), but no one runs a brand verdict — Cambria vs Caesarstone vs Silestone vs the no-name importers is unclaimed and deeply researchable.

Why: the corporation-consolidation exposé (221K paint, 171K tools) rotated onto furniture, where brand appetite is proven by the racers (48K/39K) but nobody runs the ownership angle. Lets the channel enter furniture WITHOUT colliding with the two racers' listicle slots, and the receipts (who owns what) are exactly the designer-authority differentiation.

Verify the corporate map before scripting (e.g. Ashley/agent brands, La-Z-Boy portfolio) — the exposé stands on checkable ownership facts.

Why: the least-saturated cell in the whole run (sat 20). Fortune Brands really does own Moen + MasterBrand (+ House of Rohl etc.) — a checkable ownership story in the reference channel's home turf (kitchen/bath), with faucet-brand demand proven at 139K.

Why: mattress purchase anxiety is huge and the duopoly story (Tempur-Sealy / Serta-Simmons) gives the designer-voice real receipts. The NEVER-variants are getting raced (novelty 0.6 on those), but the Only-N scarcity frame is unclaimed (novelty 1.0).

The Only 3 Riding Mowers Worth Buying in 2026 (And One to NEVER Buy)411K views · Prime Rundown · 11x on 22.7K subs — Only-N skeleton
Every surviving skeleton rotates ONE slot ({CATEGORY} or {RETAILER}). Open fills after these ten: dining tables, dressers/bedroom sets, bed frames, area rugs, lighting/LED, blinds & shades, closet systems, IKEA/Wayfair/HomeGoods retailer variants, dishwashers. Blocked fills (owned): recliners, furniture-general listicle, sofas, refrigerators, washing machines, paint-corporation, power tools, Costco furniture. Pull the next title by pairing an open fill with the NEVER → ACTUALLY/Only-N two-video rhythm.
Scores compress — read tiers, not decimals
All ten sit 0.67-0.76; the ordering within a tier is noise. Tier 1 = the four flooring/cabinet cells (launch first). Tier 2 = countertops + corporation exposés (authority builders). Tier 3 = mattress (contested; scarcity frame only). Two selection-stage picks were swapped out by hand: duplicate retailer/cabinet stacking made room for the flagship LVP NEVER fill and the two corporation exposés, which the fan-out generated but the capper squeezed out.
The window is live and short
Kitchen Truth's 259K Costco-kitchen video is 2 months old; Dovetail is 10 days old; Solid or Sold a month. The template network claims one category every few weeks. Ship the first flooring + cabinet pair fast; the later fills survive longer because they're less obvious.
Pair rhythm: NEVER first, positive flip second
Solid or Sold's biggest hit (159K) is the ACTUALLY-buy flip of a category its NEVER video proved first; Dovetail's positive-first videos flopped (350/73 views). Always open a category with the negative frame, then flip.
